Dan LoPresto has worked in the Information Technology, Information/Cybersecurity, and Data Protection/Privacy space, collectively, for 30 years and served in both leadership and technical capacities throughout several roles at large organizations. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, a Master's Degree in Computer Resources & Information Management, and completed all coursework for an Information Systems Doctoral Degree. Dan has owned and operated PitViper Industries, a technology solutions business, and consulted since 2000. He holds professional certifications in the fields of Information Security, Data Privacy & Fraud Examination as well as a Government Certificate in the area of Information Assurance. Dan also taught in the Master's program as an adjunct professor for Webster University for over a decade. He is also certified in Security Incident Handling and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). He has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for dedication, leadership, and excellence in the field of Information Security and has served on the board of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) of Central Florida for over two decades.
